LogOne Overview
LogOne allows the user to retrieve PIN, SMS and Phone Log records from Blackberry Enterprise Servers. In addition, the application is able to create archives and search reports based on retrieved data. The scanning of the BES servers on the network will be done during regular intervals and once found, the file(s) will be copied over to a specified location with a CRC check. Upon verification of the CRC check, a PDF report of the file(s) will be made. LogOne tool is an non-intrusive application. No changes the BES server(s) settings are required. Just a location for the service to be installed onto and having a user with read only access to the BES logs, read/permission to the folder where the copied over (CSV and the PDF) files resides
